The Company owns land measuring 3.43 Acres at Pailan Park, where it undertakes its Floriculture/Nursery business. The Healthcare business (Nursing Home) and Computer Education business are being carried on at Pailan Park & Jadavpur.

Ascon Agro Products Exporters and Builders Pvt. Ltd., our agro based company, sells and markets world class vegetable seeds of Clause Semences. Tezier, Vilmorin of France and Nickerson Zwaan of Holland and Mikado, Japan. All these companies are under Grouppe Lemagrain, Cedex, France.

Ascon Agro's Research & Development with crop growing station is situated at Jhargram Midnapur (west), West Bengal on 400 acres of land.

With a globally renowned Food Processing Consultants of France through French Government, since a long time French Government, was in search for a suitable organization mainly in Eastern part of India to whom they can provide their modern and latest technology in the sector of Food Processing because of the production and availability of raw materials, mainly potato, Tomato, Ginger and variety of seasonal fruits, Vegetables and many other raw materials which can be processed in a modern technique and can be marketed globally under their modern and latest technology.

Moreover French are aware about Eastern part of India because of their French Colonies situated a long time hack at District Hooghly in West Bengal.

The Company is glad to get a positive response from the renowned French Consultants through French Government, named PB CONSEIL/2AMIS GROUP, their division - AFT who covers machineries, designing, installation, start up, scale up etc. Division- FOOD LINK covers marketing of end products globally. They agreed to provide machineries, technical back up and all other necessary things to produce potato flakes of International Standards and to market them Internationally.

Finally on September 16th, 2004 all the agreement signed in Kolkata. MOU witnessed by the Special Secretary to The Chief Minister Govt. of West Bengal and Madam Marie- Claude Olivier, Commercial Attache, Economic Mission, Embassy of France in Kolkata. Govt. of West Bengal is glad for the Prestigious project and ready to provide all necessary help to set up the project.

Now the Company started to set up a 'State of The Art' 100% Export oriented potato flakes unit with a capacity of 3600 MT production per annum with a modern Cold Storage of 10000 MT capacity at Dhaniakhali, Dist- Hooghly, West Bengal.

ASCON AGRO GREEN HOMES, a division of Ascon Agro Products Exporters & Builders (P) Ltd., has been growing more than one thousand varieties of House Plants at our own Nursery sprawling over 3.43 Acres at Pailan, South 24-Parganas, quite close to Taratala, Kolkata.

Qualified and experienced horticulturists take care of the day-to-day operations in the growth and maintenance of the Plants. Seeds are imported from Internationally Reputed Seed Growers.
