The campus (PCMT) is situated in a serene environment with sprawling grounds and lush green fields. The imposing college building accommodates air conditioned classrooms with modern aids for teaching, state-of-art computer laboratories, centralized library, seminar and conference halls, tutorial halls, common room with indoor games, and cafe corner for refreshment. All these facilities are accessible by the students for the all round development of their career and outlook.

HOSTELS:
Three separate hostels exist for boys & girls and there is one PG hostel for girls. These Buildings house outstation students from various parts of India. Students are assured of a comfortable stay so that they feel at home. All the hostels have a mess for the purpose of fooding. In each hostel there are entertainment rooms and a gym. Each Hostel has its own computer lab (with internet facility) connected wirelessly to the main building.

Splurz

Mingling fun and frolic PAILAN provides the students some opportunities to prove their talent through various competitions and sprinkles refreshment through DJ night and other modes celebrated in the name of SPLURZ. This is an annual cultural event. Every year the celebrities join the students through their performance of Dance, Music, and Acting on the stage and exhilarate the audience. More than 5000 members of audience enjoy the session with spirit of entertainment.

Nen

National Entrepreneurship Network is one of the reputed International organizations is engaged in promoting self employment amongst students of professional colleges in India. We being a member are actively engaged in all their programs. Every year we celebrate E-Week in the 2nd week of February in the campus which normally includes various games and competition on business plans. This also makes aware about entrepreneurship amongst the students and work culture and providing a corporate ambience to the students.

Fresher's Day

Fresher’s Day: Nabin Baran Utsav as popularly known to all of us is a warm way of welcoming the new entrants and letting the seniors of Pailan know their juniors through an entertaining ambience.
Pailan celebrates it every year as a gala event.

Saraswati Puja

Among the busy schedule, Students in Pailan never forgets to celebrate the Goddess of learning “Mother Saraswati” through a dedicated worship with their own effort, which is a part and parcel of education showing their sense of tradition. This puja is enjoyed by all sects of religion and students’ participation without any discrimination of caste and community.

Sports & Games

Among educational anxieties, Pailan does not allow the students to loose their spirit of sports, so cricket, Football, Volleyball, Badminton and other tournaments like Tennis are often held. The tournaments are conducted by experts as judges and referees and Intra as well as Inter-class events are organized. Occasionally Zonal and State level programs are also taken place.
In the common room all types of indoor games are conducted as regular events.

A common room is maintained with indoor games like Table Tennis, Carom, and Chess etc. It also has a television for the amusement of students.

Voluntary Works

The college, in its pursuit of finding new avenues for using great energy of the students, provides ample opportunities to the students to volunteer during National-level /Regional-level Examinations that are conducted in the college. This way the students get opportunity to use their organizational skill and they become responsible, co-operative and social as well as academic activists.

Debate & Quiz

Pailan College of Management & Technology strongly believes that the power of communication and successful application of the soft skills make all the difference in the professional field. Hence it nurtures Speaking Skill and the Communicative Competence of the students through expert counseling and sustained use of its state-of -the- art Language Laboratory. The students get enough training to get their Debate and Quiz Skills honed. No wonder their performance in these fields is commendable. They use every opportunity to participate in the Intra-college, Inter-college and
Inter-State competitions round the year and come up with flying colours.

Stationaries

A stationery store is inside the campus with Xerox and PCO facilities for the college and the students. Stationery items are available along with lamination and binding facilities.

Cafe Corner

The institution has a cafeteria where foods of various tastes and multiple cuisines are available. It has arrangements for lunch, snacks as well as refreshments both for the employees and students. There is also a cafe corner which remains open all day and serves tea, coffee, soups and other confectionary and bakery items.

Soft Skill

Grooming the students and providing a sense of confidence can only be fulfilled with activities like quiz and debate which are conducted in Pailan campus regularly. Industry trained experts conduct the classes along with college faculty in the perspective of placement and job opportunities.
The CDs,PP presentations and hand-outs are distributed to the students for enhancing their inner personality.

Farewell

Filled with emotions, every year the juniors of Pailan conducts a farewell showing their respect towards their seniors of out going batch through cultural program and with a token gift of love. This makes the bonding of juniors and seniors a strong one to form the solid alumni association.
